Buyer to place a 10% non-refundable down payment to the auction companies escrow account at auction closing. Balance due at closing. Bidding is not contingent upon inspection or financing. Closing of this transaction will be by August 12, 2022 at Hedden Abstract, Vincennes, IN. Buyer is responsible for taxes due and payable in 2023 and taxes thereafter. Possession will be at closing. The closing fee charged by the title company will be split 50/50 between the buyer and seller. The buyer will be responsible for any costs associated with obtaining funds to close the transaction. Any costs associated with the provision of title insurance and title search will be at the expense of the seller. Seller will provide the buyer with a boundary survey.
